25a6a454b9 feat: add gitleaks secret scanning setup and skill 
- scripts/setup-gitleaks.sh — installs gitleaks v8.24.2, seeds
  .gitleaks.toml on first run, writes managed pre-commit hook block;
  re-run replaces block in place without disturbing other hook content
- scripts/gitleaks.toml — base config template extending default ruleset
- .gitleaks.toml — repo config with docs/research/ path allowlist
  (high-entropy terminal captures; v8.24.2 [allowlist] syntax)
- tests/test-setup-gitleaks.sh — 6 behavior tests including stale-block
  replacement and idempotency
- .agents/skills/gitleaks/ — cross-cutting skill covering install,
  update, allowlist tuning, scan modes, and real-finding remediation
- .agents/evals/cross-cutting/gitleaks/eval.yaml — 7 trigger + 3 output
  tests including version-aware allowlist guidance case
- docs/spec/overview.md — updated to reflect new tooling and skill

2631142a0e fix: architecture review corrections — CONTEXT.md trim and eval backtrack verification 
- Remove Fleet, Symbolic oversight, and Data classification tiers from
  CONTEXT.md glossary: Fleet is Phase 2 only; the other two duplicate
  always-on governance.md content
- Drop now-stale governance test assertions for the removed terms
- write-skill eval: add section-ordering assertion; fix duplicate prompt
  across two deterministic tests
- write-eval eval: tighten plan-shown assertion to require per-case
  detail (query + type), not just "a list of test cases"

3dcd0f08fb feat: implement issue 0018 phase 2 — write-docs skill (first factory output) 
Produces write-docs via the write-skill factory. First skill authored
end-to-end by the factory (SKILL.md via write-skill, eval via write-eval).

- Add .agents/skills/write-docs/SKILL.md (category: implement)
- Add .agents/evals/implement/write-docs/eval.yaml (6 trigger + 3 output tests)
- Remove write-a-skill placeholder (superseded by write-skill)
- Extend issue 0018 with Phase 3 (doc convention, grill-first)
- Tighten workflow steps 5a and 5d based on session lessons
- Update factory-integration-decisions: write-a-skill → write-skill
- Add 2 LESSONS.md entries (trigger gate, write-eval sub-agent bypass)
- Update docs/spec/overview.md and ROADMAP

83715018eb feat: implement issue 0017 — factory/write-eval bootstrap skill 
Adds write-eval, the first factory meta-skill. Produces eval.yaml test
files for skills following the two-section schema (trigger_tests +
output_tests) with provider-agnostic string assertions and show-plan-
then-merge-on-rerun behaviour. Hand-written bootstrap — subsequent
skills will use write-eval to produce their own evals.

Also tightens skill-implementation-workflow.md step 5b: per-section
options walk-through is now a named gate before writing, separate from
the synthesis grill. LESSONS.md entry added.

HITL behavioral test pending.
