factory-audit reports two SUGGESTIONs on plugins/kyberforge/.apm/skills/forge that predate the primitive-author work (#94):

  • Description: 361 characters against the 250-character ADR-0020 target (FAIL at 400). Suggested cut: drop "Routes to the matching author skill." and one of the two quoted user phrasings.
  • Body: 697 words against the 600-word target (FAIL at 900). It grew by 36 words when the hook/instruction/prompt route was added on feat/primitive-author. Suggested fix: move the route-specific prose in Step 2 (the "matches no row" and chaining paragraphs) into references/author-routes.md / references/apm-routes.md.

Fix via skill-author (Improve flow), then re-run factory-audit until it passes clean.
