Scope

  • Add claude plugin validate --strict to the pre-push hook alongside check-manifests.sh
  • Write tests/test-plugin-validate.sh — runs plugin validate on all plugins and marketplace manifests; asserts exit 0

Acceptance criteria

  • Pre-push hook fails the push if validation fails
  • test-plugin-validate.sh passes on current repo state
