below that carry `context7`/`gitea.com` URLs back the two gitea-mcp tool calls this skill makes
directly (`list_issues`, `list_pull_requests`, for the composed status view); the routing table
itself is sourced from the domain skills' own descriptions and the flat skill's dispatch table
(the `gitea-flat-skill-dispatch` entry below).
