Why: each of these plugins changed shipped .apm/ content on this branch without a package version bump, which configure.md requires and no gate catches. No skill, agent or hook was removed, so a patch bump fits. Implementation Notes: marketplace.json regenerated with apm pack; the diff is the five version strings only.
