chore(kyberforge): sync executables allow key and marketplace to 2.0.2

The kyberforge version bump needs the matching executables.allow key in the root apm.yml (ADR-0019) and a regenerated checked-in marketplace.json, or the pre-push gates check-executables-allow-sync and apm pack --check-clean fail.
