plugins/bin loses a whole skill (gitea removed) — minor bump (1.0.5 -> 1.1.0) to reflect the capability-surface change. plugins/gitea gains a reference file and a README fix, no new capability — patch bump (1.3.1 -> 1.3.2). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
